The Bronco LEAD Program is Cal Poly Pomona's FREE campus-wide leadership program. This curriculum-based program focuses on developing leaders across campus by offering leadership based transdisciplinary workshops. Participants will receive credit for attending any workshops or events sponsored by Bronco LEAD. After completing the curriculum, students will be invited to the Bronco LEADership Symposium that acknowledges their achievements within the program.

This fall semester Bronco Lead will be offered completely online! This allows all CPP students to still gain their leadership knowledge & skills by completing the "Bronco LEAD program" that consists of Bronco LEAD 1.0, Bronco LEAD 2.0 and Bronco LEAD 3.0! The great news is that you can complete any of the programs in any order.

Bronco Lead 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 Curriculum
Complete the 2 mandatory requirements:
-- 1.So, You Think You Can LEAD? Workshop
-- Submit a 2 page culminating reflection of your experience once you complete all requirements for Bronco LEAD 1.0
Complete at least 6 elective items:
-- Career Center Sponsored
-- First Year Experience Class
-- Attend 1 General club/organization meeting (Document it on myBAR portal)
-- Polysh’d Speakers’ Public Speaking Workshop
-- Attend a Study Abroad Info Session (Have facilitator sign the flier and upload it to myBAR portal)
-- Attend a Bronco LEAD Partnered Event
-- Attend Bronco Student LEADership Conference
-- Attend the Bronco LEAD Diversity Workshop
-- Attend a Bronco LEAD Workshop of your choice
-- Attend the Annual NSLS Leaders for Leaders Conference
-- “LEADing Through Conflict”: Conflict Management

-- Pass Intro to Ethnic Studies (EWS 1400) Course
-- Create and Complete a Self-Care Activity Sheet (Attain from Health Center)
-- Pass the Multicultural Leadership Class: EWS 2900 or EWS 2900S
-- Apply for and participate in the Diversity Ambassador Program
